Limkokwing University welcomed the Honorary Consul of Mongolia, Mr. Reynolds Augustine, at the flagship campus in Cyberjaya on 19 April 2018 to discuss possible future collaborations.
He was accompanied by the consulate advisor, Ms. Sanai Buyankhishig.
After a full campus tour showcasing the University’s history, campaigns and ecosystem led by Limkokwing Vice Presidents, Dato’ Fajura Juffa Mohd Mustafa Kamal and Dato’ Gail Phung, Mr. Augustine met with the Founding President of Limkokwing University, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Paduka Dr. Limkokwing.
On Tan Sri Limkokwing’s unending efforts in globalising Malaysian education in Africa, Asia and Europe, Mr. Augustine said, “Meeting Tan Sri Limkokwing just now was truly an honour and the work he has developed for Malaysia and the world through education is remarkable; totally out of the box, brave and done exceptionally well. He truly has done an amazing job.”
He was impressed with the campus and declared that Limkokwing University is designed for the next level to transform nations worldwide.
The world in one place
Another factor that stood out for him was the campus’ multicultural environment.
He said it was important for students to learn from one another’s culture for a better understanding of the world.
“I really hope Limkokwing will come to Mongolia, the country will truly be blessed. I can already see the bigger picture of how Mongolia can be transformed in terms of creativity, promotion, branding and technology which Limkokwing has to offer,” he said.
Limkokwing University collaborates with Governments, private organisations and key players in the industry to promote economic development and progress.
This ensures that the University possesses a grounded industry focus in its educational programmes to produce globally employable graduates.
