Food Court
In Uganda, the staple food is matoke (cooking bananas) and each Ugandan tribe has a signature dish, often times more than one. Main dishes are usually accompanied by a sauce or stew of groundnuts, beans or meat.
Game can be found on menus in some restaurants and various types of fish are also popular. Most of the dishes include vegetables and tropical fruits, while chicken, pork, beef and mutton are commonly eaten.
