One of three key speakers from G-AsiaPacific, Marketing Strategist, Soon Heng Wee, said his job revolves around generating ideas for internal and external events, and executing those planned ideas with a group of people he works with.

“The Cloud Technology has evolved very well over the years and it is good that people are starting to realise it’s importance in this modern era,” said Soon.

Asked on skills would be required to succeed in this industry, Soon had urged aspiring individuals to always “think outside the box” and always be open with new ideas which will eventually lead to success.

Soon said Cloud Technology was a fast-moving trend that will continue to grow and with that, it is essential to have more and more creative and innovative individuals to produce the results.

“It is good to see a University being very industry-minded which focuses on preparing it’s students for the working world out there,” said Soon.

“Don’t stop at where you are now, keep thriving and achieve more and be creative as ever to survive in this world,” urged Soon.
