Mutassembelah Alzatari graduated from Limkokwing University with a Master in Project Management and a PHD in Management. Currently he works as a human resource deputy director at Al-Jebrini, Palestine.

Al-Jebrini Co. is one of the largest dairy companies in Palestine and has been operating since 1994. Considered one of the most remarkable dairy product companies in Palestine the company aims at raising the level of national industry in this sector and at the same time, presenting a national product that can compete on a global scale.

In sharing with us core values of his company, Mutassembelah said, “My company’s mission is to be a pioneer in the field of industrialisation while marketing our food products locally and providing high quality services to our customers. We aim to fulfill our staff expectations through better investment of our available human and natural resources, using advanced technology and maintaining the safety of the environment.”

Recalling his memories studying at Limkokwing, Mutassembelah Alzatari acknoweleged he got the best support from his lecturers who guided him in producing the best work.

“One of the best memories I experienced was of my kind supervisor, Dr.Azadeh Amoozegar. She supported me with great advice throughout my course and I am truly proud to be her student”, he expressed.

He wrote a dissertation titled ‘Crisis management factors and its influence on organizational sustainability through organizational performance in Palestine.’
