This programme is designed to equip and provide students with a thorough grounding in the area of modern business approaches with the use of information technology:

Theoretical foundation of IT: ground concepts of IT, emphasising the importance of techniques and tools used;

Current IT system: changes & converging technologies and their potential for increased organisational efficiency;

Management perspective: understanding of the role of information flow systems in various organisations, how new systems are conceived, designed, developed, implemented and evaluated;

Socio-economic, political and legislative perspectives: insight into IT and its impact on people & organisations.

Degree level: 5 credits of WASSCE or O' Levels in not more than two sittings or 4 credits together with a Higher Teacher's Certificate (HTC)/ Higher National Certificate (HND) from a recognised institution.

The following are recognised as credit passes: - WAEC/GCE O' Level (Grade 1 to 6); WASSCE (Grade A1 to C6); AEB and University of London Examinations taken in or after 1973 (Grade A to C).

Direct Entrance

Any of the following passes in the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (A.C.S.E.E) or equivalent:

Two principal Level passes and one subsidiary at the same sitting;
Two principal level passes not at the same sitting provided they are both "C" or higher.

London Campus

Limkokwing London offers opportunities for students from our other campuses to study with us on their substantive courses (subject to numbers) for one semester or one academic year as part of a study abroad arrangement. This is in addition to our one month Global University Campus programme. Students from other universities can join our Global University Campus programme and study with us for one semester as part of an agreed collaborative study abroad arrangement.
