Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Information System

(R2/480/8/0025) (MQA/A-10543)
This programme aims to develop researchers and educators who address deep technology challenges in real information systems that affect business processes or management, or who develop tools and methodologies to translate business goals to technological solutions. In line with this objective, we train our PhD candidates to recognize critical IS/IT research questions that may span one or more problem areas and to structure problems so that they can effectively addressed.

For this, candidates must master analytical and/or empirical methodologies from disciplines such as economics, operations research, and computer science. Our PhD graduates will be capable of collaborating with faculty members from different research areas, designing technological solutions for real-world problems and applications, while still producing top-rated academic publications.
