Others in the delegation included Mr Hannu Shipena, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Mrs Hilya Nghiwetet, Under-Secretary, Mr Ebben Ngulu, Desk Officer and Mrs Latungika Loide Shikwambi, First Secretary of the Ministry of Education. Following these discussions about 100 Namibian students will begin classes next year at Limkokwing University under the Langkawi International Dialogue scholarship programme set up by the University in 2011.

Namibia is keen to develop its human capital resource to drive its economic development and is seeking the assistance of Limkokwing University to produce graduates empowered with innovative knowledge and industry skills to power Namibia forward. Tan Sri Lim Kok Wing will visit Namibia soon for further talks between both parties.
