Born in the Silicon Valley of India - Bangalore, Karnataka, Sreedharan holds prestigious positions as the Vice President SEA Operations and serves as the one of the Board Directors for 3RD Flix Visual Effects SDN BHD.
3RD Flix Visual Effects SDN BHD is an immersive learning application and an EdTech company operating in India, MENA, and SEA serving K to 12 students. It provides advanced end to end state of the art technologies for all educations stakeholders in school management, classroom and curriculum management, student education, and next generation technologies.
Passionate about education and entreneurship, Sreedharan has years of experience working on providing the best Edutech platforms to empower teachers and the student learning process.
“I thoroughly enjoyed my four years of entrepreneurship and have organised a few global events in Malaysia, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong and India in conjunction with Malaysian and Indian Government. I Have successfully run #ChangingtheWorld campaign with the Government of India and Educated more than 5000 students on ‘how to create alternate careers while studying’.”
Studying MBA in General Management at Limkokwing University provided Sreedharan with a great opportunity to connect and collaborate with people from various parts of the world on business concepts that ultimately helped him grow in his career.
“Currently, I am working on an app called ‘Practically Learning’ - to bring learning live and practical for students) and the Metaverse project - which is going to be one of the most functional Metaverse ever built in the world. I am so excited about both projects.”
Some of Sreedharan’s favourite projects and proudest achievements include starting his own company which works on recognising the contribution of OSH practitioners across the world. He organised global events with NISC, NIOSH, DOSH, PERKESO and IOSH UK.
“Entrepreneurship helped me to work and meet prominent people across the world which helped me to collaborate with likeminded people. I was also one of the pioneer members to launch Dag Coin (Crypto coin) and sold almost 3 Bln coins across the globe.”
Even though the pandemic put a damper on Sreedharan’s company growth he is still on his journey to prosperity and is aiming to make his app ‘Practicality SEA’ as one of the listed companies in Malaysia by 2025.
