Limkokwing University and Lesotho delegation explore new avenues to strengthen bilateral ties

The Lesotho Minister of Local Government and Chieftainship, Honourable Mr. Habofanoe Sixtus Lehana, paid a courtesy visit to Limkokwing University Cyberjaya, on 13 February 2018.
Honourable Lehana and his delegation were given a campus tour upon arrival to be familiarised with Malaysia’s University of Innovation and Transformation.
After touring the campus, Honourable Lehana met with the Founding President of Limkokwing University Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Paduka Dr. Limkokwing to explore and discuss new avenues of strengthening bilateral ties between The Kingdom of Lesotho and Limkokwing University.
The Minister thanked the University for hosting his delegation and commended Tan Sri Limkokwing for his efforts in establishing Universities that are at the forefront of driving innovation to transform developing nations.
“Thank you once again to have come up with such an impressive University. I know that there are a lot of scholarships that even The Kingdom of Lesotho has been benefiting from and that is a great step towards empowering future leaders of the country,” he said.
Limkokwing University works with various industries and Governments towards building bridges through smart partnerships that help build human capital development in countries which its campuses are set up.
The University continues to empower thousands of youths in Africa with the requisite digital skills and entrepreneurial knowledge vital for growing economies.
