Sixty-four Limkokwing Design Foundation students took a few months to create nine sculptures from old Nikon cameras and other recycled materials.
The programme is an initiative with Nikon Professional Services.
Aside from using the old cameras, the students also used other recycled materials to make the sculptures based on the theme “I am in Motion”.
The aim of the project was to inspire these varsity students to become conservative of their environment and, at the same time, test their imagination.
The sculptures are being displayed at the Nikon exhibition held in Mid Valley Megamall currently. It will be hosted there until Nov 3. The sculptures will then be moved to the Nikon Centre in Berjaya Times Square.
