Students from the Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan La Salle Klang received the opportunity to explore future career opportunities in the creative field at Limkokwing University on 10 April 2017.
Eighty-three students were guided by Limkokwing University’s experienced educators as they participated in various activities emphasising creativity, innovation and social interaction. Students learned to improve their communication skills, nurture team work spirit and discover their own potential.
These activities were crafted to help foster creative development and critical thinking skills at an early age. They also emphasised cultural awareness and networking opportunities.
“The first impression that I got about this University is that they care and love the students,” said 16-year-old student Jonathan Ryan Richard.
During the visit to Limkokwing University, he participated in team building activities that helped him bond with other students.
Yovinash Raj A/L Ropathy was impressed with the University’s professionalism, facilities and accessibility to information.
“The educators at Limkokwing University are very helpful and willing to offer their guidance with their knowledge,” he said. “The University is very open and very friendly.”
“I feel that the environment is important for students to study well,” he added. “The better the environment, the better the results.”
