G-AsiaPacific, an industry partner of Limkokwing University, held a forum on Cloud technology at the Hall on Fame on 14 March 2018, with three experienced speakers sharing their thoughts with students.
G-AsiaPacific Solutions Architect, Calvin Yee Chang Teh, spoke about Cloud Technology leaders in the market and how pivotal and highly demanding this evolving industry is.
“Our clients come from various industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail and many more, and we are able to see that the demand for Cloud in Malaysia is slowly increasing and people are adapting to it,” said Calvin.

Calvin thanked Limkokwing University for the opportunity given, and said having an industry talk with students as the audience is a new experience.
He said their talks are usually targeted at working professionals, industry leaders but insisted educating students is way more fun and rewarding.
Calvin said Limkokwing University’s mindset of preparing students for the highly competitive world through industry talks is really good as it teaches them ways to not only understand the work, but also how to deal with working environment.
He said with the current Cloud market on the rise, it is really important to have students from Limkokwing University to further explore the opportunities in this industry as it provides a wide range of options for aspiring individuals.
