The campus is participating in Shred-it’s shredding and recycling programme and has since helped recycle two tons of paper.
Each ton of recycled paper saves 17 trees and cuts down the use of 380 gallons of oil, 4,000 kilowatts of energy, three cubic yards of landfill space and 7,000 gallons of water.
“We are proud to be part of this green initiative,” says Limkokwing London Associate Director TB Karki. “We think it is a good way to improve environmental sustainability while at the same time securely disposing printed documents through shredding.”
